See how topiaries change over time at EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival
Depending on when you visit the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival you will get to see the topiaries and gardening beds change over time.
As the festival, which runs through July 4, 2022, progresses, the nearly 100 individual topiaries and breathtaking garden spaces change as the flowers bloom. Yes, in some cases flower beds are replanted and the topiaries are trimmed and maintained, but as time passes, so do the views.
Let’s take a look at how some of the topiaries have changed from the beginning of March to June. Below are seven topiaries. You can move the slider back and forth to see the difference between March, which is on the left side, and June on the right side.
When looking at Figment, you can see how the flowers bloomed in the bed around Figment with Figment holding on to some flowers.
Look at how the flowers have grown, covering the rock that Rafiki is standing on.
Above we see the changes to the planting bed and Piglet is slightly moved.
Not only has the planting bed changed for Winnie the Pooh as well as his topiary getting a little thicker.
While the topiaries have not changed, planting beds have grown.
Here you see how Lady’s hair has changed and grown over the past three months.
The planting beds around the Troll have grown dramatically over the past three months covering up the Troll.
