Backlot Express at Hollywood Studios is getting a new menu

There’s a menu revamp coming to the Backlot Express at Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting March 29.

The revamp include the Cuban Sandwich and Chicken Southwest Salad, as well as the introduction of Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Burger and Teriyaki Tofu Bowl.

And already on the menu that has returned in the Wookiee Cookie – two oatmeal cookies with vanilla cream filling garnished with a Milk Chocolate Sash on the top.
