Disney World rides, restaurants closed for refurbishment, November 2021

The holiday season kicks off in early November and there are less than a handful of attractions closed – most of those are shows. And, now that entertainment cast members are returning we might see some of these shows return in the next couple of months.

In the meantime, the largest number of shops remaining closed are in EPCOT and the reason is that most of those shops are normally staffed by people participating in the international program, but that program has not reopened during the pandemic. As the international travel guidelines are expected to loosen up next month we might be seeing more of those shops open nearer to the end of the year or by early next year.

Here’s a closer look at what’s still closed and a few areas closed for refurbishment. Don’t forget to check the Walt Disney World site for the latest updates.
