Cheshire Cat will be among the Disney Fab 50 coming to Disney World

A familiar mischievous character is being added to the Disney Fab 50 Characters Collection coming to Walt Disney World for its 50th anniversary.

 Walt Disney World President Jeff Vahle, joined by Cast Members Ben and LaTara, revealed the Cheshire Cat from “Alice in Wonderland.”

The Cheshire Cat will be among the 50 golden statues that will be placed around all four theme parks during the 18-month “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” that kicks off on Oct. 1. You will be able to find the Cheshire Cat at Magic Kingdom.

• Timon and Pumbaa
• Lumiere and Cogsworth
• Daisy Duck
• Winnie the Pooh and Piglet
• Edna Mode
• Dante
• Joe Gardner
