Walt Disney World will hold its special Disney After Hours Boo Bash at the Magic Kingdom on 23 select nights starting Aug. 10 through Oct. 31, Disney announced this morning.

This specially ticketed three-hour event is in place of the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and will include special cavalcades, characters and entertainment around the park, complimentary snacks, and specialty foods and beverages. You will be able to enter two hours before the event begins for some extra time in the parks. The event takes place either from 9 p.m. to midnight or from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m,. depending on the date. You will be able to enter as early as 7 p.m.

This is also going to be limited to a number of tickets sold, which should translate into less waiting in line for popular rides.

This fall, the decorations on Main Street, U.S.A., will receive a magical transformation for the event nights in October as “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” begins.
