Wondermade Gourmet Marshmallows opens at Disney Springs

While everyone has been enthralled with the opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs – and rightfully so – there was another sweet shop that opened and offers a delicious treat. Wondermade Gourmet Marshmallows has opened a kiosk this week.

The Sanford, Florida, based company has been providing is delicious marshmallows for the hot chocolate at Epcot at the various festivals and now the company has opened a kiosk in front of the Paddlefish.

The offerings include Bourbon flavored (yes, it is made with actual bourbon), Peppermint Swirl, Birthday Cake, Cookies & Cream, and Gold Champagne, just to name a few.

The small boxes, which cost $10, contain 16 marshmallows packaged in letter-pressed, American-made paper.  There are also bags of larger marshmallows available. Now, you might think, how should I eat them?

Well, I have been known to just eat them. They are tasty little treats that go down smooth – especially the Bourbon version. You could also put them in hot chocolate or make some s’mores (though they do make S’mores Marshmallows box.

You can also get some ideas by going to the Wondermade website where there rare recipes for Waffles, Syrup and Mallows and also Marshmallow Sweet Potato Fries.

Again, there is also my way – just eating them.
