Why we like Universal Studios new Holiday Experience

The pandemic has caused numerous changes to be made at all theme parks. During this holiday season, Universal Orlando Resort made a major change to how it shows off the Macy’s balloons and we loved it.

The Universal Holiday Experience has placed all the balloons that normally are in the holiday parade with a number of characters that are also normally seen on the parade route.

The video below gives us a little walk-through of the experience. All of the physical distancing is in place and there is even the opportunity to see Santa Claus at the end. Now, this could get a bit crowded as the day progresses, but if you go early in the day you can do a nice tour before heading on to the rides.

Again, we love seeing these in parades, but this is a bit more intimate and a lot of fun.
