Disney PhotoPass has now expanded its Super Zoom Magic Shot to Expedition Everest at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
For those not familiar with this cool effect, Disney first introduced it in 2019 at the Magic Kingdom in the East Plaza Garden and then Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a Millennium Falcon Super Zoom Magic Shot.
The way it works is you stand at a location the video starts with a closeup of you and your group it then pulls back to show the larger and you then get a video which is a closeup of your group then is pulls back to show the larger area you are in and then zooms back on you.
At Animal Kingdom, with Expedition Everest behind you the video shows you at base camp and then pulls back to show the icy peaks. This Super Zoom Magic Shot is available from 10 a.m. through sunset, weather permitting.
At all three parks, just look for the PhotoPass Photographer.
