6 holiday shirts featuring The Mandalorian and The Child
Star Wars has a mixed track record when it comes to the holidays. The 1978 “Star Wars Holiday Special” was so maligned it has never been rebroadcast, or released on home video.
But perhaps this year, that will change.
Disney+ will debut a new holiday special Nov. 17 — this one told in LEGOS. The story features Rey, Chewbacca, and a bevy of other characters from the Skywalker saga. I have high hopes for that one.
But first, Disney is warming up with a wardrobe full of new holiday t-shirts and sweatshirts from a different corner of the Star Wars universe: The Mandalorian. The star of the show, of course, is The Child.
