Disney releases video showing how they take your daughter’s face and put it on figurine
I wrote a few weeks ago about how Disney is now putting the faces of girls, ages 3-12, on princess figurines at the World of Disney store at Downtown Disney in
Disney World.

The process comes from the D-Tech Me experience Disney unveiled earlier
this year when they “placed” people into frozen carbonite as part of
Star Wars Weekends.
Cameras capture a guest’s face from various angles and reconstruct a
computer model which then prints the face on one of seven different
Disney Princesses, including Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel,
Snow White and Tiana. Hair, skin and eye color of the figurine are
customized to match the guest.
Well, Disney has released a video now showing how this process works.
