List of Downtown Disney shops, restaurants reopening at Disneyland on July 9
The Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort tomorrow, July 9, 2020, will start its phased reopening with 25 shops and restaurants.
The 20-acre, 300,000 square-foot shopping, dining, entertainment district has been closed since March due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The phased reopening means temperature checks before entering and the need to wear face masks at all times, except when eating. Dining will take place outside only as inside dining is prohibited by state law at this time as the state fights off increased coronavirus case numbers..
To assist those going to the area, members of Disney’s Guest Experience Team will be walking throughout the Downtown Disney District to help explain new health and safety measures and answer any questions.
Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., however, some shops and restaurants may have different hours of operation, so you may want to contact them before heading over to make sure the store will be open. Additional locations may reopen but are not currently listed by Disney.
