Character meals to continue at Disney World resorts with certain limitations due to coronavirus

While the Walt Disney World theme park will be closed starting March 16 due to the coronavirus the resorts will remain open along with its restaurants. This includes character dining.

However, there are some changes that are expected to take place. The face characters, such as the princesses, will be walking through the restaurant, but will not be stopping at tables to interact.

Other characters, such as Mickey and Minnie and Donald and Daisy, are expected to continue to stop by the tables, at least for now.

Disney is continuing to assess its operations and could again change its plans in the future.
