Disney celebrates Fourth of July with a special week-long Limited Time Magic

According to Disney, chefs at each of the parks will create treats inspired by Americana including red, white and blue strawberry shortcake in the Magic Kingdom and apple pie-filled cupcakes at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom or Downtown Disney. At Disneyland red, white and blue desserts will take place in mason jars at Carnation Cafe’, patriotic cotton candy, apple pie pockets or Fourth of July cupcakes, in shops all along Main Street, USA.

At the Magic Kingdom, Goofy, Donald and Pluto will be dressed as a colonial fife and drum corps and parade down Main Street, U.S.A., prior to the daily Celebrate a Dream Come True parade. The pre-parade features the Main Street Philharmonic, Citizens of Main Street and Walt Disney’s historic horse-drawn calliope.

At Disneyland, Mickey Mouse will greet guests in star-spangled, patriotic attire every evening in Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A.
