7 Epcot attractions to close earlier starting on Feb. 23

UPDATE: On Feb. 21, Disney World reversed its decision to cut back on the hours of the attractions below, but will continue to remove the three attractions lists from Extra Magic Hours.

In addition to the recent physical changes to Epcot, Disney World is planning on shortening hours of seven attractions and eliminating three attractions from the Extra Magic Hours list.

The change knocks off about an hour off of each of the attractions. This will start on Feb. 23, 2020. Here is a look at the changes.

• American Adventure: The last show will be at 8:15 p.m. It currently closes at 9 p.m.
• Awesome Planet (located in The Land): It will close at 8 p.m. It currently closes at 9 p.m.
• Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along (located in the France pavilion): The last show will take place at 6 p.m. The last showing is now at 7 p.m.
• Canada Far and Wide (located in the Canada pavilion): The show will close at 8 p..m. It currently closes at 9 p.m.
• Impressions de France: Operating hours shifted to 6:30 to 8 p.m. It currently runs from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
• Kidcot Locations: The locations will now close at 8 p.m. instead of 9 p.m.
• Reflections of China: It will now close at 8:10 p.m. It currently closes at 9 p.m.

In addition, the following attractions will be removed from Extra Magic Hours:

• American Adventure
• Awesome Planet
• Canada Far and Wide
