Filming at Disney World for annual holiday TV specials takes place next month

Filming for the annual ABC and Disney Channel holiday specials will take place in early November at Disney World.

Musical performances and stage show elements will be filmed Nov. 7-10, 2019 at the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. No specific locations have been announced, but it’s a good bet the stage in front of Cinderella Castle will be used.

No dates have yet been announced on when the holiday shows will be airing. Nor has there been any announcements on who will be performing.

For those visiting the parks during those days you should be able to stop and view the taping from a distance. The audience areas for the taping will be limited to cast members and their guests.

No dates have yet been announced on when the taping in Disneyland will be taking place.
