Expansion of Shanghai Disneyland could take place soon after it opens, report says
When Shanghai Disneyland opens in late 2015 it could immediately again be expanded, according to a report on Bloomberg News.

Attendance could ultimately surpass Tokyo Disney Resort, the second most popular resort at 28 million visitors annually.
The 1,000 acre park is within a three-hour drive of 330 million people.
“We’re opening the park for a pretty healthy number of attendees but more importantly both we and our partners and the Shanghai government are eager and willing to expand rapidly after that,” Chief Financial Officer Jay Rasulo said at the UBS Global Media and Communications Conference, the website reports.
