Disney to livestream sunrise yoga at Disney World as part of International Yoga Day

Disney plans to livestream cast members participating in a yoga session Friday morning as part of International Yoga Day.

Thousands of Disney cast members around the world tomorrow morning will stretch out their mats for special yoga-focused events.

This livestream will be from in front of Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom in the Walt Disney World Resort.

The yoga session starts at 6 a.m. ET on June 21, which is also the first day of summer. While the yoga session is a cast member exclusive, the livestream will be available on the Disney Parks Blog.
