Disney World adds more summer Disney After Hours events

Disney is adding more dates this summer to the Disney After Hours events.

These separately ticketed event add three park hours after the park normally closes. This gives those paying more less wait time for attractions and character experiences. There is also complimentary ice cream, popcorn and select beverages.

The following events go on sale starting May 30:

• Magic Kingdon: August 22 and 29; and September 5, 12, 19, and 26.
• Animal Kingdom: July 2, 8, 15, 22 and 29; August 5, 12, 19, and 26; and September 3, 9, 16 and 23.
• Hollywood Studios: July 5, 12, 19 and 26.

Disney After Hours event tickets cost $125 + tax for advance purchase and $129 + tax for day-of purchases. Disney Vacation Club members and Annual Passholders can take advantage of a discounted price at $95 + tax.
