Epcot entrance work to begin, here’s what it means for guests
Walt Disney World is working on enhancing the entrances to all parks to help streamline the security lines and experiences for all.
This week at Epcot, work all begin on the entrance area and will impact how you go through security and the tram operation.
Starting with this first phase, those coming to Epcot by monorail, bus or tax will enter Epcot through the westside security screening area, the one closer to the buses. Those coming to Epcot from the parking lot will enter through the eastside security screening area.
The loading and unloading zones for the trams will be moved as well. And, there will be two tram services.
The East Tram: Servicing the Imagine,
The West Tram: Servicing the Journey, Amaze, Discover and Create lots.
