Grammy-winning Dan+Shay surprise couple at Disney World wedding

If you’re having a wedding at Walt Disney World, you can assume it’s going to be magical. But a little extra fairy dust was sprinkled on when Grammy-award winning duo Dan + Shay surprised a New Jersey couple at their reception at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort this past weekend.

Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney walked out and performed their smash hit “Speechless” to the visibly shocked Morgan Tilton and John Glennon during the March 2 event.

“I’ve crashed a lot of weddings. Never actually been invited to crash one before, so this is really cool. They usually kick us out of these things,” Shay Mooney said in a video from the event.

The surprise was hatched by Tilton’s father who worked with Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding team to make this happen. “From what I understand he started [working on] this about 10 months ago, but no one knew,” she told Billboard.
