Jessie’s Critter Carousel will open in April at Disney California Adventure

Jessie’s Critter Carousel, the rethemed King Triton’s Carousel, at Pixar Pier in Calfornia Adventure at Disneyland Resort is will open in April, Disney announced.

The ride is inspired by “Woody’s Roundup” television show from “Toy Story 2,” with chracters on the carousel including a turtle, snake, buzzard, armadillo, bunny, deer, raccoon, ram, skunk and two cozy logs inhabited by a family of owls.

Pixar Pier, the reimagined land, shares the stories and characters of Disney-Pixar films with exciting attractions, themed neighborhoods and fun eateries.

No specific date in April has been announced.
