Tower of Terror to undergo refurbishment, but will remain open

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Hollywood Studios in Disney World will undergo refurbishment starting this spring, but in a twist, the ride will be remain open.

The refurbishment will take place in phases, not causing the ride to completely close down. However, this will mean that portions of the attraction will be closed, thus reducing capacity and increasing lines.

Disney will also reduce the number of FastPass+ reservations that will be available.

The work should begin in the spring and last through the summer.
