Is this the big Disney fashion trend for 2019?
If the Spirit Jersey was the dominant trend in Disney fashion this year, 2019 is already shaping up to be the year of the sequin.
Disney embraced the sequin with the proliferation of Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears — Black! Silver! Rose gold! Millennial pink! Purple! — and last year, Disney Parks introduced a line of shiny t-shirts.
As 2018 winds down, new sequined styles keep coming, which is why I’m seeing 2019 outlined in sparkling sequins. Here I’ve collected some of the latest additions — including sequined sweatpants.
