Disney unveils medals for 2017 Super Heroes Half Marathon in Disneyland
Disney has unveiled the medals to be presented at the 2017 Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend at Disneyland this November.
The medals feature a number of Marvel characters. The Kids Races medals feature Groot and Rocket from “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
Spider-Man is on the 5K medal. Thor is on the 10K. The Avengers logo, with a nod to the Black Widow, is the center for the half-marathon finish medals.
The Infinity Guantlet Challenge, for those who run all 19.3 miles in two days, will get the Infinity Gauntlet Challenge medal featuring the Reality Stone, which allows its wielder to alter existence itself.
The races take place the weekend of Nov. 9-12, 2017.
