Star Wars VII wraps principle filming, and it has a title
Somewhere along the lines we got used to calling the first — or is it the fourth? — Star Wars “A New Hope.”
Now we can start getting used to Episode VII’s name: “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
Disney tweeted the name Thursday as principle photography on the movie wrapped. That leaves just 13 months for post-production before the movie’s release date: Dec. 18, 2015.
There are few official details about the plot — and we won’t traffic in spoilers here — but we do know the cast includes both old and new characters. At the end of “Return of the Jedi,” Luke Skywalker was the last Jedi in the universe. But perhaps not for much longer.
The next think we’ll be looking for is an official trailer showing in theaters.
