25 Days of Christmas schedule for ABC Family TV

The lineup has been set for this year’s 25 Days of Christmas on TV’s ABC Family channel. It’s too early just yet to set your DVR, so get out your calendar instead.

Beginning Dec. 1, ABC Family will have nightly holiday programming, including classic movies, new episodes of original series and a few non-holiday programs tossed in like little gifts along the way.

This year’s lineup includes new holiday episodes of “The Fosters,” “Switched at Birth,” “Pretty Little Liars,” “Chasing Life,” “Melissa & Joey” and “Baby Daddy.” And you can catch some favorite holiday movies, including “The Santa Clause,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” and “Home Alone.”

And for those of us who are children of the ’70s, there are a number of Rankin/Bass productions on the schedule, including “The Year Without a Santa Claus” and “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town.”

As for the non-holiday fare, look for “The Little Mermaid” and “Toy Story 3.”
