Dinosaur Gertie and Echo Lake at Hollywood Studios undergoing refurbishment

Echo Lake in Hollywood Studios has been drained and will start a two-month refurbishment.

The famed Disney World Dinosaur Gertie will be repainted as well as Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner. The two locations will remain open while the refurbishment takes place.

As the two locations get a new paint job, the lake area will be cleaned and the refilled.

The work should be complete by the end of October.
