Wheezy will be singing to you at new Toy Story Land

Wheezy, the squeaky penguin from the Toy Story films, will be singing to guests at the end of the new Slinky Dog Dash ride at Toy Story Land.

The new land officially opens June 30, 2018, and this will only Wheezy Audio-Animatronics figure in a Disney theme park, according to the Disney Parks Blog. 

Wheezy first appeared in “Toy Story 2” with a broken squeaker, but it is fixed at the end where he sings“You’ve Got A Friend In Me.”

At the end of the Slinky Dog Dash Wheezy will sing “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” assisted by Mike (the tape recorder), who’s provided him with a microphone, and Mr. Spell, who “texts” funny commentary. The friends are surrounded by a collection of toys, including a Rubik’s cube, a canister for a game called Pick-Up Snakes, toy wooden blocks spelling out F-U-N.
