Photos: Workers atop Wonders of Life Pavilion at Epcot
Two workers could be seen atop the Wonders of Life Pavillion at Epcot in Walt Disney World do work on the roof of the structure.
The pavilion opened in 1989 and was home to Cranium Command and Body Wars. It closed on Jan. 1, 2007. Since then the pavilion has been used as the festival center for both the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, that is until this current flower and garden festival.
The roof has been in dire need of repair and work started on the dome-shaped building in January 2018. There has been rampant speculation about the future of the building, whether it will house a new ride or will still be used for corporate events and seasonal use. Disney has not given any indication of what may happen next.
if anything.
