‘The Chew’ and 2 new food markets at 2015 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival
The 2015 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Disney World will be the backdrop for ABC’s “The Chew” in October.
The show, starring Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly and Daphne Oz, will tape five shows Oct. 7 -9, which will air Oct. 12 to 16.

The shows will showcase festival highlights. “We are beyond excited to be invited to celebrate such an important food event,” Gordon Elliott, executive producer of “The Chew” said in a press release.
“The Chew” will also be featured in two themed marketplaces located at the new Next Eats area of Future World. This will be the first time a marketplace will be located in the Future World area.
The marketplace will feature:
- Savory pork spareribs with red wine and fennel with cheesy mascarpone grits
- Ricotta & zucchini ravioli with tomato sauce
- Vanilla panna cotta with fresh figs and pistachio brittle
A second marketplace in Future World will feature the Chew Lab, where Disney chefs will collaborate with “The Chew,” to create dishes inspired by food-science labs.
