Celebrating their son’s birthday, actress Melissa Joan Hart and husband singer-songerwriter Mark Wilkerson took the family to Disney World for the celebration.

Tucker, who is celebrating his 3rd birthday – happy birthday little dude – along with brothers Mason and Braydon seem to be enjoying the trip.
