James Beard winner Chef Rick Bayles to open Mexican restaurant at Disney Springs

Six-time James Beard Foundation winner Chef Rick Bayles is opening a Mexican restaurant to Disney Springs in the summer of 2016.

The Frontera Fresco will feature hand-crafted tortas, tacos, salads, fresh-made guacamole and classic Mexican braised meat entrees.

“I’m thrilled to bring Frontera Fresco to Disney Springs and share my passion for Mexican cuisine with the families who visit Orlando every year,” Bayless said in a news release.

The 6,000 square foot restaurant will seat 200 guests, according to the release.
