Character dance parties at Hollywood Studios in Disney World are more and more popular

One of the successes Disney has found is the popularity of the character dance parties at Hollywood Studios in Disney World.

There are two new venues at the park. The first is Club Disney, which opened Dec. 4 in a new building next to the Rock’n’Roller Coaster called Sunset Showcase.

Club Disney is open daily from 10 a.m. to where a DJ is spinning Radio Disney Top 40 songs and characters like Daisy Duck and Chip and Dale hit the dance floor.

This location will double as Club Villain on select nights starting Jan. 16, 2016. This extra ticketed events will offer banquet style seating, New Orleans delicacies and specialty alcoholic drinks. There will be a stage show and then a DJ playing with mix and mingle with some of the Disney Villains.

Another part of the dance craze at Hollywood Studios is the Holidays Happen Here Dance Party which is taking place 5 p.m. daily at the stage in front of The Great Movie Ride. Here, Bolt, Genie and Robin Hood (from Disney’s “Robin Hood”) among other characters come out to dance with the guests.
