Here’s what to expect at the 2016 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival at Disney World
The 2016 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival at Disney World will feature two new spring-inspired outdoor kitchens, three new Disney topiary characters and a new musical play garden. when it kicks off this spring.

The festival is expanding from 75 to 90 days for its 23rd year. It will be held March 2 to May 30, 2016.
One of the new outdoor kitchens , La Isla Fresca , has as Caribbean flavor offering Jamaican Braised Beef with Pigeon-Pea Rice and Jerk-Spiced Grouper or Chicken with Mango Salsa, Disney has announced. The Cider House, will offer Field Greens salad with greens harvested from The Land pavilion at Epcot.
The front entrance of Epcot will feature three new topiaries, Huey, Dewey and Louie with Donald and Daisy.
A new Harmony Gardens musical playground will debut featuring Mickey Mouse plus Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Pluto and Donald Duck topiaries. The playground will have interactive drums, chimes and xylophones.
Also taking place at the festival are:
⢠The Cactus Road Rally play garden returns with Disney-Pixar topiary pals Mater and Lightning McQueen from the hit film, âCars.â
⢠There will be four special Fun Fresh Weekends fin April eature add novel dimension to daily festival fun:
⢠The south side of Spaceship Earth, Disney will feature a Floral Sun garden and yellow âsunburstsâ in a new garden featuring Minnie Mouse and Pluto.
⢠The Ranger Mickey topiary garden in Future World will offer a guest selfie and family photo opportunity featuring a Spaceship Earth backdrop to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the National Parks Service launched in 1916 to conserve the countryâs natural scenic treasures.
⢠Anna and Elsa topiaries will move to the Norway pavilion. About 100 topiary characters, will be placed all over the park.
⢠By night, twinkling lights will shine across festival gardens and topiaries.
⢠The Garden Rocks concert series will present pop bands with music spanning four decades.
⢠A new edible flower garden by The Land pavilion.
⢠The Butterflies on the Go garden returns.
