You can’t live at the Most Magical Place on Earth, but you can buy a house mighty close by.
Just three miles down the road from the Magic Kingdom lies Golden Oak, a luxury residential community on Disney World property. Homes here start at about $2 million. When completed, the development will include about 290 homes.
“Luxury” might be downplaying these homes a bit. Here’s a look inside one Golden Oak home built by Jones Clayton Construction, the Villa Verona, with about 3,500 square feet of indoor living space:
