Disney, Lucasfilm start selling Star Wars movie prop replicas
Disney and Lucasfilm have launched their own website to sell their own prop replicas.
The Star Wars Collectibles: Ultimate Studio Edition line features eight prop replicas from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” including; Darth Vader’s melted helmet, FN-2187 Stormtrooper helmet, Kylo Ren’s helmet, Poe Dameron X-Wing helmet, Chewbacca Bowcaster, Kylo Ren’s lightsaber hilt, Rey’s lightsaber hilt and Rey’s staff.
The prices vary from $1,250 for the lightsaber hilts to $3,500 for the Darth Vader melted helmet .
“Designed, made and finished by the hands of specialist motion picture prop makers and artists, we’ve worked extremely hard to create something that we know would make fans and filmmakers proud,” James Enright, Assets Director and CEO of Propshop, said in a press release.
