Tokyo Disneyland announces 35th anniversary celebration details

The Tokyo Disney Resort has announced its plans for its 35th anniversary celebration with a new parade, new night show and new anniversary song.

The resort will mark the celebration from April 15, 2018 to March 25, 2019

Disneyland Park will premiere “Dreaming Up!,” a brand new daytime parade, and the
reopening of the iconic attraction “it’s a small world” after being temporarily closed for enhancement.

Then in summer, “Celebrate! Tokyo Disneyland” will premiere. This new nighttime spectacular at Cinderella Castle will feature more new effects. A special theme song created just for the 35th Anniversary will be used in various programs.

Elements of the 35th anniversary will appear in special events for Easter, Halloween and Christmas., among other program. Special merchandise will be available as well.

Tokyo Disneyland Park opened its gates on April 15, 1983 and grew from a single theme park into a resort that includes Tokyo DisneySea Park and four Disney Hotels.
