A new twist on soda cans from Disney: Reusable

Just about every kid has a reusable water bottle for school. But how about a reusable can?

Disney is giving the concept a try with this Star Wars twist-top can, which it describes as a sturdier version of a typical soda can. Made with double-wall stainless steel construction with a weighted base, it holds 10 ounces and measures 5-1/2″ high and 3″ in diameter. It has a fold-up sipper with straw inside the lid. It’s not microwave or dishwasher safe.

And, hey: It looks cool, with a screen art collage from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”

To be fair, this probably won’t pass muster with most schools, which require clear water bottles. But if anyone can start a trend, it’s Disney.
