Disney Announces New Tiered Ticketing, Events for D23 Weekend

The Walt Disney Company has shared details about the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event happening this summer, including new tiered ticketing prices, when they will go on sale, and some programming.

Scheduled for August 14, 15, and 16 in Anaheim, California, the event promises to be the largest in the company’s history, featuring week-long city-wide celebrations, innovative show floor experiences, and marquee showcases at the Honda Center.

“D23 is a powerful expression of the lasting connection Disney has with its fans,” said Asad Ayaz, Chief Marketing and Brand Officer of The Walt Disney Company. Ayaz noted that the event serves as a “front row seat” for the company’s biggest announcements across film, streaming, theme parks, and sports.

The three nightly marquee presentations will take place at the Honda Center:

  • Friday: Disney Entertainment Showcase
  • Saturday: Disney Experiences Showcase
  • Sunday: Disney Legends Award Ceremony

Meanwhile, the Anaheim Convention Center will house over 50 panels and the “largest and most innovative show floor ever.” New highlights for 2026 include Mundo Pixar, an immersive walk-through experience; an ESPN Road to the Super Bowl activation; and a Walt Disney Archives: Uncrated exhibition that gives fans a rare look into hidden studio warehouses.

The event is also expanding into the world of competitive gaming with a Disney Lorcana Championship Qualifier, and into motorsports with a display featuring a Mickey F1 Formula 1 car.
