Road closures due to the Disney Princess Half Marathon 2026

There will be some road closures around Walt Disney World this weekend due to the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2026.

Most of the closings should not impact those heading to the theme parks, but if you would like to get a very early start, you might find yourself a little delayed. World Drive, the main thoroughfare around the resort, will not be impacted on Saturday, Feb. 28, for the 10K. On Sunday, March 1, the day of the half-marathon, all roads should be open by 10 a.m. after the half-marathon.

The race weekend, which focuses on women’s empowerment, consists of a 5K, Saturday’s 10K, and then the half marathon on Sunday. There’s also the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge (10K and half-marathon).

For additional race information, check out the runner’s digital guide.
