Inside Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar at Disney Springs
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs, a popular haunt for adventurers and fans of the Indiana Jones universe, has undergone a ghostly transformation, immersing guests in an eerie yet charming Halloween atmosphere. This first-ever seasonal makeover at the bar, which is known for its aviation-themed decor and connection to the Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.), introduces a collection of frightful new decor and spooky menu items.
Stepping into the Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar feels like entering a vintage Halloween party from a bygone era. Instead of the usual artifacts from Jock Lindsey’s globetrotting adventures, guests are greeted by pumpkin scarecrows, with one even paying homage to the pilot himself, complete with an aviator’s helmet. The bar’s usual warm glow from vintage lanterns is now tinged with the playful spirit of Halloween.

Guests dining in the unique diving bell seating area will find themselves in the company of glowing Jack-O’-lanterns flickering above them. In a nod to classic Halloween decor, Beistle-style black cats with mischievous eyes stand watch over the room, while retro blow molds with expressive faces light up a corner of the bar. Festive tinsel garland from the 1940s is draped across Jock’s prized possessions, including a banner celebrating his win in the National Air Races.
The new decor seamlessly integrates with the bar’s existing memorabilia, including an Easter egg for fans of the 1991 film The Rocketeer, with a banner for “Bigelow’s Air Circus.” Even Jock’s pet boa constrictor, Reggie, seems to have slithered off on a spooky adventure, as his cage is once again empty. The new Halloween additions, available through Nov. 4, turn the Hangar Bar into a cozy, nostalgic retreat, more charming than chilling.
