One day, one song: EPCOT’s Cosmic Rewind to play only ‘September’ on the 21st.

Disney World has announced a continuation of a popular new tradition at EPCOT. On Sept. 21, the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coaster will exclusively feature the iconic Earth, Wind & Fire song, “September.”

The tradition, which began in 2023, is a nod to the song’s opening line, “Do you remember the 21st night of September?” For one day only, the popular coaster will deviate from its usual randomized playlist of six songs. This means every guest who rides the attraction on that day will experience the same groovy soundtrack as they save the galaxy.

Normally, riders have a luck-of-the-draw experience, with the six-song rotation including other hits like “I Ran (So Far Away)” by A Flock of Seagulls and “One Way or Another” by Blondie, “Disco Inferno” by the Trammps, “Everybody Wants to Rule the World,” by Tears for Fears and “Conga” by Gloria Estefan. However, for this one day, “September” will be the only track played, creating a unique and consistent experience for all riders.

And if you want to make sure that you’re singing along correctly, here are the lyrics:

Do you remember
The 21st night of September?
Love was changin’ the minds of pretenders
While chasin’ the clouds away

Our hearts were ringin’
In the key that our souls were singin’
As we danced in the night, remember
How the stars stole the night away, oh, yeah

Hey, hey, hey
Ba-dee-ya, say, do you remember?
Ba-dee-ya, dancin’ in September
Ba-dee-ya, never was a cloudy day

Ba-du-da, ba-du-da, ba-du-da, ba-du
Ba-du-da, ba-du, ba-du-da, ba-du
Ba-du-da, ba-du, ba-du-da

My thoughts are with you
Holdin’ hands with your heart to see you
Only blue talk and love, remember
How we knew love was here to stay

Now December
Found the love that we shared in September
Only blue talk and love, remember
The true love we share today

Hey, hey, hey
Ba-dee-ya, say, do you remember?
Ba-dee-ya, dancin’ in September
Ba-dee-ya, never was a cloudy day
There was a
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), say, do you remember?
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), dancin’ in September
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), golden dreams were shiny days

The bell was ringin’, oh, oh
Our souls were singin’
Do you remember never a cloudy day? Yow

There was a
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), say, do you remember?
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), dancin’ in September
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), never was a cloudy day
And we’ll say
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), say, do you remember?
Ba-dee-ya (dee-ya, dee-ya), dancin’ in September
Ba-dee-ya (dee ya, dee-ya), golden dreams were shiny days

Ba-dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya
Ba-dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya
Ba-dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya!
Ba-dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya
Ba-dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya
Ba-dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya, dee-ya!
