Food enthusiasts and Disney World visitors alike can now secure their spot at the highly anticipated Bourbon Steak Orlando, the newest culinary gem set to open at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
Reservations for Chef Michael Mina’s acclaimed steakhouse are officially open on OpenTable, with the first available dining experiences beginning Saturday, July 26.
Chef Michael Mina, a James Beard and Michelin-recognized chef and restaurateur, is bringing his celebrated, modern take on the quintessential American steakhouse to the Dolphin hotel. Bourbon Steak Orlando promises a sophisticated dining experience, featuring premium cuts of beef and seafood infused with global flavors. The menu will meticulously showcase the three core elements of Mina’s culinary philosophy: exceptional product, masterful technique, and exquisite presentation.
Beyond the remarkable cuisine, guests can look forward to expertly crafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and decadent signature desserts, all designed to complement the upscale ambiance.
The opening of Bourbon Steak Orlando marks a significant addition to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin’s already impressive collection of 23 restaurants and lounges. It joins a renowned lineup that includes Todd English’s bluezoo, Rosa Mexicano, and Il Mulino New York Trattoria, further solidifying the property’s long-standing tradition of culinary excellence.
The restaurant is taking the location of Shula’s Steakhouse.
