Freeform brings back 30 Days of Disney this summer
Get ready to dive into a month-long celebration of all things Disney. Freeform is bringing back its popular “30 Days of Disney” programming event this summer, promising weeks packed with beloved classics, feel-good favorites, and exciting premieres.
A major highlight of the month will be the world television premieres of two highly anticipated films: Disney Pixar’s “Elemental” and Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Strange World.” This marks the first time these recent hits will be available to watch on television.
Throughout June, viewers can look forward to a curated selection from the extensive Walt Disney film catalog. Animated classics like the enchanting “Aladdin” (1992) and the iconic “One Hundred and One Dalmatians” (1961) will grace the screen, alongside beloved Disney-Pixar adventures such as “Finding Nemo,” the spirited “Brave,” and the imaginative “A Bug’s Life.”
The magic kicks off with a princess-filled weekend, inviting viewers to embrace their inner royal with films like “Princess and the Frog,” the hair-raising “Tangled,” the timeless “Beauty and the Beast,” and the Freeform premiere of Disney’s live-action “The Little Mermaid” (2023).
As Father’s Day approaches, families can gather for a heartwarming weekend featuring films celebrating familial bonds, including “Onward,” the action-packed “The Incredibles,” and the classic tale of “Pinocchio” (1940).
Adventure awaits later in the month with action-packed titles like the visually stunning “The Jungle Book” (2016) and a thrilling “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie marathon set to air on June 21.
The month-long celebration will culminate with a heartwarming Disney-Pixar pal marathon, featuring cherished films like the groundbreaking “Toy Story,” the soulful “Soul,” the laughter-inducing “Monsters, Inc.,” and the high-octane “Cars.”
Adding to the excitement, Freeform will also debut all-new episodes of its unscripted series “Not Her First Rodeo” throughout June, offering viewers even more fresh content.
