Disney World offers 20% off VIP Tours for Club Level, DVC Members

Walt Disney World is again offering discounts on VIP Tours for select dates this spring and summer for Disney Vacation Club Members and those who are staying in Club Level Rooms or Club Level Suites.

This offer is something Disney has done for the past few years.

Here are some specifics:

20% Off VIP Tours for Club Level Guests

For a limited time, Guests staying in Club Level Rooms or Club Level Suites at Walt Disney World Resort on select dates April 28 – Sept. 27, 2025 can save 20% on a Disney Private VIP Tour during a Resort stay (subject to block-out dates May 23-26, June 19-26, July 4-7 and Aug. 30 – Sept. 1). The number of tours allocated for this offer is limited. Savings based on the non-discounted price for the same tour. Reservations required. Valid for new reservations only. Offer is nontransferable and proof of eligibility may be required at the time of booking and at the time of the tour. Valid Theme Park admission for each Park visited on the tour is required and is not included. Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Offer is subject to change or cancellation without notice.

For a limited time, Disney Vacation Club Members with Membership Extras privileges on select dates April 28 – Sept. 27, 2025 can save 20% on a Disney Private VIP Tour during a Resort stay (subject to block-out dates May 23-26, June 19-26, July 4-7 and Aug. 30 – Sept. 1. The offer is valid for eligible. A valid theme park admission is required for each park visited.

How VIP Tours Work

All Disney VIP Private Tours require valid theme park admission, which is not included in the price of the tour. Theme park reservations may also be needed depending on the type of admission. Learn more about theme park reservations. Your party may include up to 10 Guests, including yourself and infants.

Guests 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire tour. Disney Private VIP Tours may be limited in availability. Advance reservations are highly recommended.

No cameras, video equipment or cellphones may be used while in backstage areas.

Pricing and Reservations

• Pricing: Ranging from $450 to $900 per hour, with a minimum of 7 hours and a maximum of 10 hours. Valid theme park admission is required for each theme park visited on the tour and is not included in the price of the tour.
• Reservations: Call (407) 560-4033 to book. Guests younger than 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
• Should you need to cancel your Disney Private VIP Tour, please contact (407) 560-4033 at least 3 days prior to the date of your tour. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of 2 hours of the booked rate of the tour.
