Disney World releases theme park hours for New Year’s Eve 2024

Disney World theme park operating hours, showtimes and fireworks for New Year’s Eve 2024 have been released, however there still could be some tweaks during the next two months as we get closer to the holiday.

Here are the specifics for each park:

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom will be open from 9 a.m. (with an early entry of 8:30 a.m.) to midnight on both Dec. 30 and Dec. 31. The traditional “Fantasy in the Sky” New Year’s Eve fireworks are scheduled twice each evening, at 6:30 p.m. and 11:50 p.m.

EPCOT

EPCOT will be open from 9 .m. (early entry at 8:30 am) to 1 a.m. on Dec. 31. The new nighttime show, Luminous The Symphony of Us, will begin at 6:30 pm, while a New Year’s countdown fireworks show, “Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration,” will light up the sky starting at 11:54 pm.

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios will operate from 9 a.m. (early entry at 8:30 a.m.) to midnight on Dec. 31. There is no special New Year’s Eve fireworks show.

Animal Kingdom

The park will be open from 8 a.m. (early entry at 7:30 a.m.) to 6 p.m. on Dec. 31. There are no special New Year’s Eve festivities.

Disney Springs

The shopping/dining/entertainment center will be open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Dec. 31. There are no fireworks.
