Summer House on The Lake opens Dec. 14, reservations available
Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs is scheduled to open Dec. 14 and reservations are now available via OpenTable. No reservation times are available via the Disney website.
The restaurant, with locations in Santa Monica, Chicago and North Bethesda, has a California-inspired menu, led by Chef Ben Goodnick, and features simple ingredients sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products.
Summer House on the Lake will be open for Lunch, Dinner and Weekend Brunch serving flavorful salads, sandwiches, pizzas and more. Freshly baked cookies, brownies and other goodies will be made in the in-house bakery.
The Cookie Bar, a dessert-focused market within this space will serve up reshly baked cookies and house-made pastries, wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages and more — all available to go.
The restaurant is located across from the AMC Theatre and next to Jaleo by Jose Andres.
The concept was created by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Chris Meers, Partner Corey Milner, Culinary Director Ben Goodnick, and Executive Chef Josh Williams.
