Swan and Dolphin food & wine classic to feature special grand tasting experience

The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic at Disney World will have a grand tasting experience with master sommelier for the first time in event’s eight year run.

Master Sommelier Matthew Citriglia, director of education for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits and among the longest-tenured master sommeliers in Florida, will lead the tasting.

Citriglia mentors students pursuing master sommelier certification and has created training seminars to educate professionals in the food and beverage industry. He has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.

This food and wine festival is different from the 2017 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival which takes place Aug. 31, 2017 tp  Nov. 13, 2017.
The Grand Tasting with Master Sommelier Matthew Citriglia will take place on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

The two-day Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic offers guests unlimited tastings at more than 50 stations featuring culinary selections from the resort’s award-winning restaurants and wine from more than 30 wineries amidst a festive backdrop of live entertainment on the hotel’s scenic causeway.
