Entertainment schedule for Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2022
All the entertainment is returning for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that kicks off Aug. 12, 2022, on select nights through Oct. 31.
The specially-ticketed event features In addition to the special entertainment, easier access to attractions, trick-or-treat trails and special foods.
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID shutdown, the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show and full Halloween parade return.
The park closes to regular guests on party nights at 6 p.m., with the event officially beginning at 7 p.m. Partygoers can start to have access to Magic Kingdom at 4 p.m.
Here is a rundown on the entertainment and when it will be taking place:
Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade
Showtimes: 9:15 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.
The parade features a flurry of Disney friends, including Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, donning Halloween costumes as they prepare to go trick-or-treat down Main Street, U.S.A. Hitchhiking Ghosts and the spectral Bride, who glides among the waltzing spirits—representing the Haunted Mansion from Liberty Square. Pirates sail in from Adventureland, Clarabelle Cow hosts a square dance during a Frontierland hoedown and a wicked assortment of Disney Villains reign over a Fantasyland-inspired grand finale. The parade route is the same as the one during the day, it kicks off in Frontierland near Splash Mountain, and heads down to Liberty Square where it turns to the hub, goes in front of Cinderella Castle, and down Main Street, U.S.A.
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
August and September: 8:35 p.m., 10:45 p.m., 12 a.m.
October: 7:40 p.m., 8:35 p.m., 10:45 p.m., 12 a.m.
The mischievous Sanderson Sisters from “Hocus Pocus” return to throw a glorious Halloween party in front of Cinderella Castle. Winifred, Mary and Sarah enlist the help of the Disney villains to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion—and cast a spell on everyone in Magic Kingdom park
Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spelltacular Fireworks Show
Showtime: 10:15pm
Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas” hosts the nighttime spectacular with state-of-the-art projection effects, lasers, lighting and dazzling fireworks filling the sky above Magic Kingdom Park. Jack has come to tell a not-so-scary story about how anything can happen on Halloween night. Jack’s ghost dog, Zero, then flies off carrying everyone along on a trick-or-treating adventure, where four friends – Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy – find themselves drawn into a mysterious haunted house. Their journey takes them from one room of the house to another, encountering dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts and a whole series of troublemaking Disney villains.
The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet
Showtimes: 7 p.m., 7:45 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9:50 p.m., and 10:30 p.m.
Get ready to encounter the ghostly group known as the Cadaver Dans. They really like “axing” Guests questions… and answering with puns as part of their “dead pan” humor!
Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam
Showtimes: Intermittent 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Get your groove on with favorite Disney Junior characters like Doc McStuffins, Fancy Nancy, Timon, and Vampirina in the Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam.
Monsterous Scream-O-Ween Dance Ball
Showtimes: Intermittent 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Join Mike Wazowski and Sulley for this monstrously fun dance party at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
