Cast Compliment feature now available on the Disneyland App

Disneyland Resort guests now have an easier way to pass along a compliment to cast members who they believe have gone above and beyond or just wanted to provide a warm thank you.

Now, the Disneyland app offers a convenient way to pass along your gratitude.

According to Disney, here is how to access the mobile cast compliment feature: Search “cast compliment” in the Disneyland app. Guests will be able to choose a positive sentiment from a drop-down menu. From there, they can enter the cast member’s first name and hometown (which can be found on each cast member’s name tag) and the date of their interaction. The recognized cast member will be alerted, along with their leader, and they can receive a recognition. If you didn’t catch a name, that’s OK; you can still share a compliment about the location or area where you encountered the cast member.

Walt Disney World launched the mobile cast compliment feature in October 2021 on the My Disney Experience App and has already received over 360,000 recognitions.
